The key core competencies and big ideas of what teachers need to do while instructing. I am in favor of Teachers adopting practices that value diversity and inclusiveness to create a positive climate. Everyone needs to communicate to enhance interactions among students and between students and the teacher. Teachers should vary instruction methods so learning is accessible in many ways. The focus is to develop and demonstrate respectful behavior when participating in activities with other caring behaviors among classmates and within families.
My views of how important our core competencies are to the growing development of our students is essential for creating well educated and caring people of society. As a Educator being able to engage learners how to communicate and develop ideas that will reflect experiences and accomplishments will help learners identify personal skills, interests, and preferences. We as educators are to be informing learners about getting adequate sleep, making healthy eating choices, participating in relaxing activities, illness prevention through washing hands and proper hygiene. It is important to teach the learners caring behaviors could include nurturing, providing guidance, loving, respecting. This will help foster an empathic and holistic view as a society.
